Come along to this four part, introductory series to wellness with nutrition and yoga. Each class will consist of a yoga practice followed by lecture. Brought to you by Amber Horn NTP, owner of Cultivated Wellness, and Karen Barnes (Nurse turned Yoga Teacher) at the beautiful Eyes On You venue.
Jumpstart your body knowledge so you have more control over feeling good and having energy. Do yoga and learn poses to trigger physical responses that aid your health. Learn elements that will help in healing and system regulation. And most importantly find JOY and feel GOOD!
The 4 sessions will cover specific topics:
May 22 - Rest and Digest (learn how to activate your own body's processes to get the most out of your food and health)
May 29 - Balance (learn about blood sugar regulation and how that influences your mood and abilities)
June 5 - Safe Snacks (figure out how to modify life for your body in yoga, and nutrition)
June 12 - Detox (find out what might be effecting you in your environment and what to do about it)

Karen Barnes Yoga has partnered with PSW Real Estate to bring you yoga in a building awaiting re-development. We occupy the space to keep it busy and lively with wonderful humans so it continues to be a positive place in the community. (Without this many vacant building attract unwanted guests and crime.)
Vinyasa yoga classes are all levels so grab a friend and join in the fun (and feel great knowing you're also supporting your community.)
