Who are we? Glad you asked!
Amber - is a massage therapist and nutritional therapy practitioner specializing in sleep and pain relief. She believes in individual protocols and recommendations because we're all unique individuals. When she's not in her Queen Anne office with clients, you can find her hiking around the PNW or relaxing with her husband and dog.
Karen - is a yoga instructor with a past 10 year career as a registered nurse. She specializes in teaching to the people who present in front of her, and individualizing yoga practice and movement. A momma, runner, and fur baby momma, she's always on the go and always finding new ways to create life balance.
